This non-traditional recipe is a house favorite. Marinated shredded chicken with freshly sauteed mushrooms in a creamy white cheese sauce topped with melted Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses. Garnished with lettuce and sour cream with rice and beans on the side. 8.95

A Californian favorite, these mouth-watering shrimp and crab enchiladas are made with flour tortillas, covered in a seafood ranchera sauce with chunks of colorful bell peppers and red onions. Topped with melted cheese, served with sour cream, rice, and beans on the side. 10.95

TRADITIONAL ENCHILADAS

All traditional enchilada dinners come with three enchiladas and are served with Spanish rice, refried beans and sour cream on the side.
